Return Policy

We are pleased to offer a complimentary prepaid return label for all full-priced items. Once your return request has been submitted and approved by emailing us at info@ottaviaofficial.com, you will receive your return label via email.

Returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we are unable to accept your return.

All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received — unused, unworn, unwashed, with original packaging intact (including boxes, dust bags, protective film, and tissue paper where applicable). We are unable to accept returns for any items that appear worn, used, damaged, or are missing any part of their original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please email us at info@ottaviaofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide detailed instructions and your return label. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — they will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our facility and is inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. During busy periods, this may extend to 10–14 business days. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item for a refund.
